Abstract

Formulating terms and terminologies can be generalized as a set of professional, lingual, teaching and scientific method. Statistical and analytical approaches are needed to be launched while structuring, developing and organizing. Terminologies to compete the required lingual comprehension of targeted language. To develop a term is a hardest task as dictionaries are being updated for lexical purposes with the addition of new terms. Formation of terms and terminologies is a specific independent science. We can’t relate it merely to vocabulary, lexicology or teaching doctrine. While synthesizing terms and terminologies one should focus on lingual, acoustics and vocals perspectives. Terms and terminologies are structured and framed keeping in view various aspects prevailed in a society. As far Pashto Literature is concerned, there is no authority of lexicology or terminologies established to formulate such terms. This paper is a strive to bring into light the basics for structuring the terms and terminologies to fill the space created by neulogism of modern terms.
