The 7 Century of Hijra, is considered as the dawn of a new era of the Persian literature, when A literay genius from Sheraz, a city of Iran, infused Persian literature with his the sweetness and mellowness of his work. People know him as Sheikh Saadi. Gullistan and Bostan are the reasons for his fame in the Persian speaking communities and areas. His classical writings are also taught in educational and religious institutions of the Pashto speaking areas. Therefore, the classical Pashtun poets, writers and intellectuals have borrowed his ideas into their writings and publication, and presented his poetry as evidences for their arguments. Among these poets, writers and intellectuals, Afzal Khan Khattak, presents Shekh Sadi’s verses as instances for the validation of his arguments in his book, Tareekh e Mursa. In this Paper, one can review and critically analyses works of Sheikh Sadi's as reproduced by Afzal Khan Khattak in“Tarikh -e- Murasa”.
