The words of contemporary people about each other have a kind of exaggeration sometimes, and some of them may include supporting the fortunes of the soul sometimes, and this fact is agreed upon by all, Scholars of Hadith have taken this into account when speaking about the narrators as Jarh and Ta’dil, because it entails taking a hadeeth. Or leaving a hadith attributed to the Prophet ﷺ and it is not possible to know the condition of the narrator except by the words of those who lived with him in it or who accompanied him, or lived with him and served him, or by collecting his hadith and opposing it with the hadiths of other trustworthy people. The words of the imams of hadith in the shift of the Sunnah, and they were not content with simply transmitting those sayings and adopting them absolutely, but rather referred some of it to another, and examined and scrutinized its content, seeing that sometimes a scholar who knows the causes of wounding and modification comes out of words based on evidence that this speech is motivated by an order. It is personal, and it does not stem from complete justice, and this is not excluded. Hence, the scholars mentioned a golden rule, and it is: (the words of the peers are folded and not narrated), except that this rule is not in general; rather, it has conditions that are taken, and another that is left. Hence, I wanted to collect the words of people of knowledge regarding this topic, and I concluded the research by mentioning the most prominent results of the research, and recommendations.
