Abstract

Orientalists have always tried to discuss each and every topic related to Islamic Science and arts. Nobody can deny their endeavors in the field of research. Some research is truly encouraging and valuable. After all these things a question arises that what was the intention and motive behind their research? Was there any sincerity? Or there were any other motive. Nevertheless some Muslim scholars are benefiting from their research though there researches were conducted to distort facts and misrepresent Islam. But indirectly it benefits Islam and supports its cause. Their main objective was attacking Islam and to malign its teaching and values, thus they first studied it. Then created doubts suspicions to misguide the Muslim and to prevent the Non-Muslims from accepting Islam. Briefly we can say that orientalists have no respect for Islam nor regard for the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and his biography. But unfortunately they have old enmity and hatred in their hearts for Islam and Muslims. Therefore we cannot expect from their researches any kind of objectivity. In this research paper I will be unveiling the conspiracies and falsifications of the orientalists regarding the biography of our beloved prophet Mohammad PBUH.
