Background: In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a commonly used assisted reproductive technology for couplesexperiencing infertility. This original article highlights the significance of immunological factors in predictingthe efficiency of IVF cycles in women of reproductive age. Understanding the role of immunological factorscan aid in identifying potential barriers to successful implantation and guide personalized treatmentstrategies. Methods: A prospective cohort study was conducted on women of reproductive age undergoing IVFtreatment. Immunological factors, including autoantibodies, cytokine profiles, and natural killer (NK) cellactivity, were assessed as potential predictors of IVF cycle outcomes. Clinical parameters, such as ovarianreserve, hormonal profiles, and embryo quality, were also evaluated. The association betweenimmunological factors and IVF success rates, including implantation rates, clinical pregnancy rates, and livebirth rates, was analyzed. Results: The original article highlights the importance of immunological factors in predicting the efficiency ofIVF cycles. Elevated levels of autoantibodies, abnormal cytokine profiles, and increased NK cell activity wereassociated with reduced IVF success rates. These immunological factors may contribute to implantationfailure, early pregnancy loss, and decreased live birth rates. Additionally, the study emphasizes the need for acomprehensive analysis that combines immunological factors with clinical parameters to improve predictiveaccuracy. Conclusions: Immunological factors play a crucial role in predicting the efficiency of IVF cycles in women ofreproductive age. Incorporating immunological assessments alongside traditional clinical parameters canprovide valuable insights into the underlying mechanisms of implantation failure and guide personalizedtreatment strategies. By identifying patients at higher risk based on immunological profiles, clinicians canoptimize the management of IVF cycles, potentially increasing the chances of successful outcomes
