Abstract

Persian civilization has rich culture since the pre-Islamic era. Its impacts can be observed in all the areas once part of ancient Persian dynasties, such as contemporary Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, India, Pakistan, Tajikistan, and the other Central Asian States. Like numerous other aspects of Persian civilization, its educational system has also produced thousands of well-renowned scholars. This article highlights looks at the historical educational institutions and the systems in Persian civilization since 2500 BC. Moreover, pre and post-Islamic (including pre and post-1979) patterns of education have also been discussed in this paper.
