Every kid has the right to an equal and available education. It is a human right that everyone agrees on. Likewise, Article 25-A of Pakistan's 18th Constitutional Amendment grants citizens this same protection. The actions taken to safeguard the 'Right to education" in the Punjab Province have been the primary focus of my research. Still, other studies have examined how Article 25-A is used in Pakistan at the federal and provincial levels. This study descriptively examines the efforts of the government of Punjab and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to fulfil their commitment to providing free public schooling to all children in the province. This study involves a qualitative case study method to examine existing laws, papers, and reports. All relevant first-hand and second-hand sources have been used to talk about how well Article 25-A has been used in the Punjab Province. The Punjab Government has yet to be able to protect the fundamental right to education in the truest sense. The government needs to work on a bigger scale and may want to focus on getting 7.7 million out-of-school children into schools and ensuring everyone has access to free education as a fundamental right to make the outcomes productive. The scenario would be helpful to ascertain the sustainable development goals.
