Abstract

Cultural capital, a concept popularized by Pierre Bourdieu, plays a critical role in shaping educational outcomes across different demographics. This article explores the various dimensions of cultural capital and its influence on educational attainment. By examining qualitative and quantitative data, we demonstrate how factors such as family background, social networks, and cultural experiences contribute to disparities in educational success. The findings underscore the necessity for educational policies that recognize and leverage cultural capital to enhance learning opportunities for all students.
