BPaL treatment, comprising bedaquiline, pretomanid, and linezolid, offers a promising ray of hope for patients suffering from multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB). This novel combination therapy has demonstrated remarkable efficacy in treating MDR-TB cases, particularly those with limited treatment options due to resistance or intolerance to conventional medications.
