Abstract

Applying robust statistical approaches is crucial in the field of human nutrition research in order to draw meaningful and trustworthy findings from complicated and varied data. In this review article on nutrition research, we will discuss new trends and statistical methods that have the potential to be revolutionary. This abstract gives a summary of this progress. Basic insights into the basic concept of the statistical method, Study design, and sampling techniques, Descriptive Statistics in Nutrition Research, Regression analysis in nutrition research, Survival analysis, longitudinal data analysis, Meta-analysis, and Systematic Review in Nutrition Research, Challenges and considerations in statistical analysis, and Emerging Trends and Advances in Statistical Research. These methods help us to customize dietary therapies based on full molecular understanding and predictive modeling and how we discovered evidence-based dietary guidelines and promoted precision nutrition programs.
