Abstract

The present article deals with the condition of socio-sexual anarchy prevailed in the Egyptian elite and other societies as described by Quran referring to Egypt about 4000 years ago. It has been observed that the story of Hadhrat Yusuf (Joseph) has been circulating in the electronic media now a days. These episodes are based on narrative as contained in Bible; mostly they are contradictory from the Revelations in Quran. Keeping in view the impact of electronic media in opinion making of youth, it has been considered appropriate to present the true perspective about the life of Hadhrat Yusuf and sexual decadence of his time revealed in the Quran.
