Abstract

Non-banking institutions (NBIs) are vital in promoting financial inclusion and addressing the needs of underserved populations worldwide. This paper explores the strategic design of financial products tailored to NBIs, highlighting their significance in global financial systems. It provides a comprehensive theoretical framework, discussing key concepts and economic principles that underscore the demand for specialized products. Global trends and challenges, including regional variations, regulatory complexities, and technological barriers, are examined alongside examples of innovative financial solutions. Strategic considerations for designing these products emphasize principles such as customization, affordability, and scalability, while leveraging technology, data analytics, and partnerships to enhance product innovation.
