This paper explores the integration of community engagement and artificial intelligence (AI)-enhanced strategies as a transformative approach to achieving economic resilience and inclusive growth in Nigeria. It highlights the importance of synergizing local knowledge with AI-driven insights to address systemic socio-economic challenges, such as inequality, unemployment, and regional disparities. The study discusses theoretical foundations, emphasizing frameworks for economic resilience, the principles of community engagement, and the capabilities of AI in fostering sustainable development. Furthermore, the paper outlines practical recommendations for policymakers, communities, and technologists, emphasizing inclusive policy design, capacity building, and stakeholder alignment. Policy implications and implementation strategies are examined, focusing on leveraging AI and community collaboration to enhance participation, bridge the digital divide, and promote technological literacy in underserved communities. Finally, future research directions are proposed to deepen the integration of AI and community-based solutions, ensuring equitable and sustainable outcomes. By fostering this synergy, Nigeria can leverage technology and collective action to drive socio-economic transformation and position itself as a leader in sustainable development innovation.
