Abstract

The development of banking is an important factor in the economic development of the country and there have been many changes in the banking industry. These changes can be attributed to the development of technology: the popularity of mobile phones, the ability to access the Internet anytime, anywhere, the rapidly developing digital banking system... In the past few years, the finance - banking industry has been going through an important digital transformation period. However, in the strong development trend of technology, the banking system also faces many challenges, requiring a stronger transformation to be able to grasp digital technology trends, thereby applying and improving the quality of its products and services, making financial services more available, competitive and cost-effective. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of technology trends in banking, challenges and make some recommendations.
