This paper provides a succinct evaluation of core router technology upgrades through a comparative analysis of case studies in the telecommunications and finance sectors. Core routers are integral to managing data traffic efficiently, and their upgrades are critical for enhancing network capacity, reducing latency, and ensuring security. In the telecommunications industry, core router upgrades are essential to meet the growing demand for higher bandwidth and improved service quality. The case study of a leading telecommunications provider highlights the implementation of next-generation core routers to support the expansion of 5G networks.
