Abstract

These studies were conducted in the Department of Fiber Technology, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad during 1998-99. Some formaldehyde and non-formaldehyde based fixing agents with different concentrations and temperatures were used on reactive dyed cotton knitted fabric. Non-formaldehyde fixing agents performed better than formaldehyde-based agents for change of shade and day light fastness properties
