He authored numerous books, and his essay collection Pagdandi is particularly notable for its vivid descriptions. Dr. Agha's contributions to literature are unparalleled, and he is often regarded as a pioneer of the modern Urdu essay. His essays are characterized by their adherence to literary principles and their rich, picturesque style. He skillfully portrayed rural landscapes and natural scenery, as seen in his essay Pagdandi, where he captures the essence of village life and the challenges of navigating uncharted paths.
