Abstract

      The research problem centered on the fact that most disabled badminton players suffer from weakness in their motor abilities as a result of a defect in the motor system, which hinders them from practicing their normal lives. Therefore, the researcher decided to prepare special psychological exercises that help reduce the symptoms of depression and anxiety, and enhance feelings of happiness, contentment, and physical energy. Mental health and well-being through the release of endorphins, a powerful chemical that has pain-relieving properties, but more importantly, it stimulates feelings of pleasure and well-being, and thus has effects on improving mood and confidence. With the game of badminton and knowing their impact on developing some motor abilities and skill performance of disabled badminton players. The research aimed to prepare psychological exercises specific to badminton for disabled badminton players. And knowing the effect of special exercises to develop motor abilities and skill performance in badminton for disabled badminton players. The researcher used the experimental method with a pre- and post-test for one group in order to suit the nature of the problem. The research sample represented the entire research community, namely the (5) badminton players in the Paralympic Committee in Babylon. The researcher worked on preparing psychological exercises specifically for the badminton bolus for (12) periods. An educational unit and knowledge of its impact on developing some motor abilities for disabled badminton players. The researcher applied a number of skill tests for badminton and movement tests for agility, balance, and coordination. The most important conclusions were that special psychological exercises helped players develop some basic skills for the game of badminton, and special psychological exercises helped players develop some motor abilities.
