The researcher employed an experimental method suitable for the nature of the research problem. The research population consisted of third-year female students from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Babylon, totaling 28 students. A sample of 20 students was randomly selected, which was then divided into two groups (control and experimental). The researcher conducted a pilot experiment for the tests and subsequently established the scientific foundations for the tests.
