Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop proposed exercises based on aerobic and anaerobic systems to improve certain biomechanical variables and the fatigue index. The researcher employed the experimental approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design, which aligns with the study's nature. The research population was identified as field referees from the northern region (Kirkuk, Mosul, Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Dohuk), totaling twenty-five referees. The research sample consisted of field referees from Kirkuk, totaling eight referees, representing 32% of the research population. The researcher utilized statistical tools, including mean, standard deviation, skewness, and the t-test for paired samples.
