This study looks at how advanced football players' functional heart efficiency and endurance capacity are affected when artificial intelligence is used in anaerobic training. The goal of the study was to create a training program that would use artificial intelligence techniques to increase cardiac efficiency and endurance capacity through the four main components that football players use the most: performance endurance, strength endurance, speed endurance, and speed-strength. The research sample, which consists of 12 advanced-level players registered with the Iraqi Central Football Federation for the 2023–2024 sports season, was purposefully chosen from Al-Elm Sports Club. Of the original population, 34.28% were represented in the research sample. Given the nature of the problem, the researcher decided to use an experimental design with a single group and a pre-posttest design. The training program, which comprised 36 training units spread over 12 weeks with three training units each week, was put into place during the special preparation time. Using artificial intelligence approaches, training loads were adjusted based on player data and information, taking into account the scientific principles of sports physiology and training. In addition, the Polar H10 gadget was utilized. The training program, which employed artificial intelligence technology to modify the training loads, improved post-test results for the research variables (cardiac efficiency, strength endurance, speed endurance, speed-strength, and performance endurance), according to the researcher's conclusion. The researcher suggested that in order to control training loads, trainers and other training process participants should give artificial intelligence technology considerable consideration.
