Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a measure of self-engineering for futsal players and to determine standard grades and levels for self-engineering for futsal players. The researchers used the descriptive approach for its suitability to the current study. The Islamic University-College of the Future University) for the academic year 2021-2022 and their number is (98) players. The researchers assessed coping and leadership, personal experience, and making change) and five alternatives (always, often, sometimes, rarely, never) and the correct key for the positive paragraphs (1,2,3,4,5) and the negative paragraphs (5,4,3,2, 1), and the scale was applied to the research sample, and five standard levels were extracted for the sample, and the statistical bag (spss) was used to extract the results. Among the results that the research came out with is that the research sample has a good and average level of self-engineering. One of the recommendations that came out of the research is the need for trainers to pay attention to the psychological aspect of their major role in coaching and managing a team.
