The job satisfaction scale had (40) items representing (5) dimensions, namely (material and moral incentives, satisfaction with promotion and advancement opportunities, satisfaction with the work group, social relationships and the relationship with colleagues), satisfaction with working conditions, satisfaction with the type of work). The mental health scale included (34) items that represented (6) dimensions, namely (self-awareness and acceptance, optimism in the future, responsibility, self-confidence and impulse control, level of ambition, and value system). The research sample was subjected to two scales. The sample was extracted at four standard levels, and the results were extracted using the statistical bag (SPSS).
