The importance of the research stems from the principle of wisdom that says "prevention is better than cure", by reducing the suffering resulting from the injury and saving the time, effort and money required for the rehabilitation process in the event of an injury. During training or competition, the study aimed to prepare special preventive exercises according to the mechanism of muscular work of the arms to develop joint strength and flexibility.
