Abstract

Football is one sport that uses fundamental skills as a foundation for student advancement and integration. Because all tactical components cannot be implemented without learning the performance of fundamental skills, instructors have spent the majority of their time teaching these abilities and providing them with a larger proportion of the educational curriculum. As for the research problem: centered on the researchers' follow-up and field experience in the field of football, they discovered that there is difficulty in the student’s performance of the basic skills in football, and among these skills that they have difficulty mastering are putting out and hitting the ball with the head. Regardless of how much time teachers spend teaching these two abilities. The researchers ascribe this to a lack of variability in compound exercises that directly target the motor performance of the two abilities. Due to the significance of these talents, they serve as the foundation for football's technical and tactical performance. Therefore the researchers chose to investigate this issue by developing compound workouts that increase the technical performance of the two talents of suppression and head hitting the ball, which is reflected in the overall performance of football. The study's aim is to determine the impact of compound training on student performance in putting out and hitting the ball with the head in football. As well as detecting variations between the control and experimental groups in enhancing student performance on the two abilities of putting out and striking the ball with the head with a soccer ball. The researchers concluded that teaching units based on compound exercises improve the technical performance of the two football abilities of putting out and striking the ball with the head. Furthermore, the duration of the independent variable, which was represented by the number of educational units, was sufficient to ensure that the experimental group members developed at the expense of the control group members in the skills of putting out and hitting the ball with the head with a game. Several more recommendations were offered by the researchers, including: - The utilization of compound exercises in educational curricula for developing other football abilities. In addition, comparable studies and research are being conducted on the usage of complicated workouts in other sports such as basketball, volleyball, and handball.
