The research problem is that there is a noticeable decrease in the technical performance of the skill of court defence in volleyball, which requires high compatibility capabilities, including the ability to adapt to changing situations. Because this skill has several technical stages, it is distinguished by the difficulty of learning them, particularly in the early stages of learning. There has been an urgent need to employ modern educational models that emphasize accelerated learning. As well as, based on his observations and knowledge of strategies, models, methods, and modern educational methods, the researcher discovered a lack of use of (FARC) patterns within the mathematical educational curriculum. Which is based on the classification of learners based on their learning tendencies and desires, as an attempt to demonstrate its role in developing the ability to adapt to changing situations and learn the technical performance of the volleyball court defense skill. The study aimed to: prepare exercises using the FARC model, identify the effect of prepared exercises on developing the ability to adapt to changing situations, and teach students the technical performance of the skill of defending the court with volleyball. The following were the most important conclusions: The exercises prepared according to the FARC model, which the researchers applied to the experimental research sample with assistance, contributed to developing the ability to adapt to changing situations and learning the technical performance of the volleyball defending skill. In the post-tests, the experimental group outperformed the control group in the ability to adapt to changing situations and the technical performance of the volleyball defending skill. The researchers recommend using the exercises developed by the researchers according to the FARC model in developing the ability to adapt to changing situations and learning the technical performance of the skill of defending the court with volleyball. Conducting research and similar studies to compare the FARC model with other models and strategies or with different teaching methods to see how it affects other harmonious abilities and to learn and develop basic volleyball skills.
