Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of the exercises prepared by the researcher with kinesthetic perception on perceptual abilities and the skills of crushing hitting and blocking the players of the research sample who represent the University of Babylon volleyball team. The researcher prepared consensual cognitive exercises aimed at developing kinesthetic perception for a period of 4 weeks with two training units educational per week for a period of 30 minutes from the main section of 60 minutes, and after completing the research procedures and preparing the relevant tests, the pre-tests were conducted, and then the experiment began for the exercises for the duration of the prepared curriculum, and the statistical data were processed with the SPSS program to extract the results of the research. The researcher concluded that the prepared exercises were positively affected by the capabilities the kinesthetic sense and the skills of crushing hitting and blocking the wall of the research sample. The researcher recommended the need for trainers to rely on cognitive exercises and include them within their training and educational curricula.
