This study aims to determine the reality of professional fluctuation and psychological toughness among students enrolled in colleges and departments of physical education and sports sciences. It is conducted in the province of Babylon. As well the descriptive technique was employed in the form of surveys and correlation connections. This was done to discover the nature of the association between professional volatility and psychological hardiness for them. For the academic year 2021-2022, the research community was defined by students of the fourth stage applying to the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Babylon. In addition, there were some students at private colleges. The research sample included (60) female students, and occupational fluctuation and psychological hardness scores were used in the research sample. A number of results were obtained through the use of proper statistical treatments. The results found an inverse relationship between professional fluctuation and psychological hardiness among physical education and sports science students. Based on the research findings, the researcher makes many recommendations, including the necessity to enhance the psychological elements of students who are applying for the program. Their professional psychological toughness is directly impacted by this, which is shown in their professional work within and outside of education.
