The trainers must provide the program's training with suitable recovery facilities to accelerate the replacement of consumer energy; the problem of research represented by the careless recovery from trainers and acute shortage of training means in the long-term recovery stage after the training units. The study aimed to prepare special exercises by using cooling recovery for young handball players. Investigate the effect of special exercises by using cooling recovery in performance endurance and lactic acid concentration for young handball players. Knowing the difference between the effect of special exercises by using cooling recovery and traditional recovery facilities in the performance endurance and concentration of lactic acid. The researchers used the experimental method (two equal groups design). The community of research include (36) players from the special handball training centre in AL KUT city; the sample of research consists of 12 players who were selected randomly, and then the sample was divided into two equal groups. The researchers used some tools, observation, experimentation and objective tests to gather data. After the pre-test, the first experimental group underwent special exercises with cooling recovery. The second group implemented the same exercises with traditional recovery facilities for (8) weeks, three weekly training sessions. After post-tests were performed, the data were processed by using the SPSS statistical bag. The researchers concluded that special exercises using cooling recovery and traditional recovery positively improve the performance endurance and concentration of lactic acid after the effort for young handball players. The cooling recovery is better than traditional recovery in improving the concentration of lactic acid after the effort. There is no significant deferent between cooling recovery and traditional recovery in developing performance endurance.
