Abstract

The importance of the research to improve the volleyball players by giving indications of some important chemical variables resulting from the impact of training and competitions on the body of the player and how to overcome them and make it able to communicate with play and training.
The aim of the research was to identify the effect of the competition on certain chemical parameters of volleyball players.
The sample included volleyball players for the University of Diyala for the academic year (2022-2021)
The most important conclusions were:
1- The level of concentration of calcium, magnesium and iron in the serum is less immediately after the game than in volleyball players because of permeability of membranes.
2-The level of concentration of phosphorus in the serum increases after the game is performed directly than before by the volleyball players because of the composition of the acid compounds and works to break the bio-energy vehicles.
It was recommended that:
1-The indicators obtained are necessary to assess the status of players and knowledge of the impact of the game on the variables of chemistry and special variables under study for the purpose of attention to nutritional supplements and training.
2-the need to pay attention to study the impact of the game in the other indicators of the chemical connotations of volleyball players.
