Education no doubt is very necessary for the development of man and the society at large. In view of its importance, government, individuals and corporate organisations are investing so much in it. This is done through various channels to ensure it efficacy and he product therefore, are of high quality. One of such ways is to ensure that the teaching-learning processes are adequately taking care of. Instructional materials are necessity in this wise. Instructional materials are as old as educational system itself, with the advent of scientific breakthrough, some traditional instructional materials are becoming obsolete.
