Abstract

Education no doubt is very necessary for the development of man and the society at large. In view of its importance, government, individuals and corporate organisations are investing so much in it. This is done through various channels to ensure it efficacy and he product therefore, are of high quality. One of such ways is to ensure that the teaching-learning processes are adequately taking care of. Instructional materials are necessity in this wise. Instructional materials are as old as educational system itself, with the advent of scientific breakthrough, some traditional instructional materials are becoming obsolete. In view of this, there is need to incorporate blended instructional materials that is the focus of this work (titled Philosophical Basis of Blended Instructional Material and Learners’ Academic Attainment). To effectively handle the write up, the work was done under; instruction, conceptual framework, philosophical basis of blended instructional materials, blended instructional materials and learners academic attainment, resume of philosophical basis of blended instructional materials and learners academic attainment, summary and conclusion.
