Mentoring is one aspect of faculty developmentthat enhances professional identification, critical thinking, planning of activities, and classroommanagement skills3.The faculty mentorship program in any university can therefore help to providepersonalized support for the professional growth and development of faculty to achieve careersuccess, job satisfaction, job retention and raise the level of the institution4.
