Abstract

The aim of this research study was to found how the adaptive artificial intelligence (AI) tools respond to cognitive load of students. It also attempted to examine how these tools can be used in achieving better concentration, learning results and managing emotions in digital classrooms. The learning process device in the modern information age is linked with a heavy load of information, the speed of lessons, and the lack of one-on-one guidance by students. This study used quantitative method to research a population sample of 270 students in different universities which were sampled by means of random sampling. Data were gathered through use of a well formulated questionnaire and the interpretation of data was done by use of SPSS software. The results demonstrated that adaptive AI and reduced cognitive load have a positive and strong relationship. The students using AI tools felt less anxious, got more focused, and grasped the learning content. The AI systems helped them to make the appropriate corrections on content according to which depended on their level, feedback and to bring support to them on their pace. These findings were in agreement with other findings of other researchers who have proved AI as useful in improving student outcomes. The aspect of AI tools alleviating mental debilitation and improving the iterations of learning was revealed by this argument. In accordance with the findings, the study proposes the adaptive AI to be found in the classrooms, to teach teachers and create lesson plans on the basis of AI. These tools in future can lend great change as on how education is to be established and lived. Educational policymakers can also produce AI-based policies on the basis of the results to realize national reforms in education.
