Baking employees are at a high risk of disengagement, which can have adverse effects on their performance and their duties, as well as their well-being. This study explores how disengagement mediates the link between work-family conflict and organizational commitment among bank employees. Data was gathered from 208 banking sector employees using a structured, closed-ended questionnaire. Statistical Package for Social Sciences was used to analyze the data in this study since the data were cross-sectional and quantitative, and they were analyzed by using the data. WFC is positively correlated with disengagement with organizational commitment according to the analysis of the data. Furthermore, this study provides recommendations for future research as well as limitations of the study.
