This research aimed to investigate the relationship among physical activity, psychological well-being and emotional intelligence in young adults. Purposive sampling technique was used to recruit young adults from age range of 18-26 from gyms, recreational parks, sport clubs and fitness centers. The results of this study showed that there is a significant positive correlation between psychological well-being and emotional intelligence. A significant gender difference in the levels of physical activity was also found but no significant correlation of physical activity with emotional intelligence and psychological well-being was found. Moreover, results revealed a significant positive correlation of emotional intelligence with personal growth, positive relations, self-acceptance and purpose in life.
