Abstract

The relationship between Health and Physical Education faculty Experience and sports administration in colleges is crucial. Experienced faculty ensure effective implementation of sports activities, promoting students' physical and mental well-being. It fosters a supportive environment for holistic development, enhancing students' academic performance and overall quality of life. The relationship between the experience of Health & Physical education faculty and the administration of sports activities in Government male colleges of District Peshawar. A quantitative research design approach. Was employed, surveying 11 health and physical education faculty members from 10 Government Male Colleges. The study highlights the importance of experienced faculty members in effective sports activity administration and suggests the experience of the faculty should be utilized as resources for mentoring and training less experienced colleagues. This study involves data collection through a structured questionnaire. Findings have positive implications for the development of professional development programs and policies to support faculty members in promoting sports and physical activity in educational settings. Colleges with experienced HPE faculty (more than 5 years of experience) demonstrated better organization and management of sports activities, including regular sports events, trained teams, and adequate sports facilities. Data from this study was analyzed through SPSS V26 and the analyzed data is available in frequency. The finding of the study is that experienced HPE faculty successfully organized sports events, including tournaments, championships, and inter-college competitions.
