Most universities and colleges in Pakistan provide four-year BS programs in various Disciplines, including basic sciences, social sciences, and languages. The BS Four Year program is vital for student sound education, offering extensive learning, nurturing critical thinking abilities, and equipping them for their professional paths ahead. The aim of this research is to evaluate the BS 4-year degree program at government degree collage in Naguman. This program is recently introduced at the said college in the subject of economics. The population of the study was the students enrolled in the BS program at Government Degree College Naguman Peshawar.The sample of the study is determined through a convenient sampling of 60 BS students in Government Degree Collage Naguman where the BS program is functional. The Students’ samples have been Selected by using a Simple random sampling technique. Data is collected through adapted questionnaires for students. Evaluation is done through the CIPP model. As a research tool adapted questionnaires have been prepared for students to collect data from respective samples. The information has been collected on the objectives of the program, teacher’s proficiency (PhD faculty availability) facilities, and availability (multimedia, classroom, tablet chairs) The collected data have been analyzed through SPSS 26 version Software for statistical analysis. Data is presented in chi-square. An evaluation of the BS program through the evolution model in this college is Made by keeping in view the Stufflebeam CIPP evaluation model. A conclusion of the study was designed according to the findings. There are most of the respondents claimed that the majority of the tools' features are not available like well-equipped classrooms, libraries, laboratories, multimedia, internet facilities, computer access, and environments for sound study and practical work. They claimed that the 4-year BS program helps students improve their communication skills, and most students favor the BS 4-year program according to market needs. And we recommended some suggestions and the lack of college facilities for BS 4year program students.
