Abstract

Islam is the perfect religion in which the problems of every need have been explained and the jurists of Islam have defined such rules that new current issues can be solved. Among the modern issues of the present era is the Adhesion contract. This is a type of contract in which one sided conditions are implimented. An adhesion contract is an agreement that usually has non-negotiable terms and conditions. Adhesion contracts are "take it or leave it" agreements where you must accept the contract or walk away. In these contracts, one of the contracting parties is strong and the other is weak, due to which the weaker party is obliged to accept all its terms, but he is allowed to leave the contract completely if he wants to, no one is forcing him to do so, but we need all the people in it. Due to which it is called as necessary. In these contracts, the contract is sometimes specified, for example, water is provided in water supply and money is taken for this service, and sometimes there is a benefit to the contract, such as travel expenses in air travel to forien contarries. And the scope of these contracts is wide, including electricity, water, communication, traveling companiesˊ contracts.
