The study highlights the cultural, legal, and technological factors contributing to data privacy loss in Pakistan, with a focus on the lack of awareness, weak enforcement mechanisms, and inadequate legal frameworks. Using a comparative analysis, the article identifies gaps in Pakistan’s data protection policies and proposes recommendations for improvement.
