It is an undeniable fact that the present era is the era of development of science and technology and at this time scientific research and inventions are at their peak. While science has progressed in other fields, the medical field has also progressed to an amazing extent. In this era, such devices and modern machines have been invented for the treatment of different types of diseases, which were unimaginable some time ago. For example, ultrasound system, X-ray machine, operation equipment, different types of tests, such as blood test, BP test, sugar test, hepatitis test and uric acid test, and many other diseases and Disease tests etc.
This journey of development in the medical field is not only ongoing but its discovery and inventions are increasing day by day. But along with these inventions, there is also an increase in new jurisprudential issues from the Islamic point of view. Although there are a large number of modern day problems in the medical field, but here in this article, among the problems and difficulties of the medical field, the new problems of transplantation and their Shariah solutions will be presented in a comprehensive manner, as well as ijtihad and conclusions regarding the solution of these problems. However, when these types of new jurisprudential problems arose in the present era, the experts of that time, reliable scholars with expertise in medical problems, examined the jurisprudential issues with attention and inform people about their validity and non-justification. Therefore, for this purpose, committees consisting of researchers and scholars were formed and these issues were considered and then after discussion and analysis. On the basis of arguments, the agreed solutions to the problems were presented to the people.
