Abstract

This study examines the multiple interactions among creativity, proactive personality, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial behavior activities. Entrepreneurial behavior mediates independent factors, such as creativity and proactive personality. The research aims to clarify how self-efficacy functions as a mediator in these interactions. The research seeks to comprehensively understand how creativity and proactive personality influence entrepreneurial activity, using self-efficacy as a potential mediator. This research study, which was informed by epistemological positivism, used questionnaires to collect data from students in various departments at the University of Baluchistan, Pakistan. Participating departments from the university included males and females in their responses. One hundred acceptable responses were gathered from 200 distributed questionnaires (both print and online). It uses advanced statistical approaches, such as regression modeling and correlation analysis. It achieves this through advanced statistics like correlation analysis and regression modeling. Because they shed light on the psychological factors, it is expected that the findings of this study will significantly add to the body of knowledge on entrepreneurship. The study also provides insightful viewpoints for improving entrepreneurial behavior through focused interventions, which is helpful for researchers, educators, and practitioners working in entrepreneurship.
