This study was conducted to explore the relationship between cooperative learning and students’ achievement at university level. The instrument used is a questionnaire. It was based on twenty five statements. The population for this study comprises students of the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University Lyari. The data was collected from the students who were studying in the BS Education. Students were selected using a convenient sampling technique from 2nd and 4th semesters. The sample consisted of 100 students from the Departments of Education. The result of the study shows that students agreed that Cooperative Learning is contributing positively to their learning. There is a significant a relationship between students’ achievement and factors of cooperative learning.
