This study introduces a context-aware learning framework specifically designed to assist visually impaired students within higher education environments. Addressing the persistent barriers in accessing digital learning resources, the proposed system utilizes real-time contextual data—such as student profile, location, time, and current learning activity—to dynamically modify educational content delivery. Through integration with software-based sensors and adaptive interface technologies, the system accommodates varying types of vision impairments including low vision, color blindness, and total blindness. The prototype was implemented and tested in real educational settings, offering personalized accessibility support through features like automatic magnification, color contrast adjustments, and screen-reading functionalities. Evaluation with actual users demonstrated improved usability, autonomy, and engagement. This research contributes a flexible, inclusive digital environment that adapts educational experiences to individual needs, promoting equity in learning for differently-abled students.
