This research presents a comprehensive rhetorical evaluation of the eloquence of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ through an analytical study of his authenticated sermons, guided by the classical Arabic rhetorical sciences of bayān (figurative expression), maʿānī (semantic structure), and badīʿ (rhetorical embellishment). It highlights the Prophet’s ﷺ extraordinary linguistic precision, semantic depth, and persuasive power—qualities that, despite his unlettered status, reflect a miraculous, divinely bestowed eloquence. Through close textual and stylistic analysis, the study uncovers a refined orchestration of rhetorical devices such as metaphor, antithesis, parallelism, and profound brevity, all of which engage intellect and stir emotion. Endowed with jawāmiʿ al-kalim, the Prophet ﷺ conveyed expansive meanings in remarkably concise speech, serving as a powerful vehicle for moral reform and spiritual guidance. His discourse gracefully merged temporal wisdom with eternal truths, transcending cultural and linguistic boundaries and leaving an enduring imprint on hearts and minds. This scholarly journey through the radiant world of prophetic eloquence has been both spiritually and intellectually enriching, revealing the aesthetic majesty and pedagogical brilliance of his speech. His sermons continue to shine as a timeless exemplar of sacred oratory, inspiring scholars, educators, and seekers of truth across generations.
