Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of artificial intelligence on supply chain management and to justify improvements in operational efficiency, planning accuracy, and inventory optimization through the adoption of artificial intelligence technologies. The study utilizes regression analysis and autoregressive distributed lag models to ensure empirical robustness. Empirical results indicate that predictive analytics and robotic process automation have a significant positive impact on supply chain performance, while the Internet of Things demonstrates some promising effects. These findings underscore the practical contribution of artificial intelligence in supply chain management and provide valuable insights for businesses and policymakers seeking to enhance competitiveness and effectively manage change. This research relies on secondary data sources, which may not capture all contextual nuances. Future research could focus on panel data analysis or primary case studies involving SMEs to validate and extend the findings.
