This study is about to develop a new method, technique, is used to bring more flexibility by adding an extra shape parameter to a class of distributions. The proposed technique has applied to Frechet distribution and a new distribution known as Exponent Beta Frechet (EBF) distribution is generated. Several important properties of the suggested distribution such as order statistics, moments, mean residual life function, mean waiting time and MGF are derived. The maximum likelihood technique was used to obtain estimates of the parameters. The proposed distribution was applied to two real data sets and the results indicated better performance.
