The current study tried to investigate the deviant behaviours of teacher in Secondary Schools in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The purpose of the research was to identify the kinds and grounds of deviant behaviours. It also aimed to understand how these deviant behaviours affect schools and to come up with implementable suggestions to resolve these problems. All of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa secondary school teachers and principals, made up the study's population. Respondents were chosen using the stratified random sampling approach. Three districts Mardan, Charsadda, and Peshawar of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were the sites of the research. A total of 609 teachers and 44 principals were chosen from the urban and rural regions of the three districts that were studied; 609 teachers (99.18%) and 44 principals (97.77%) replied. Of the principals who replied, 10 (22.72%) were from urban regions, and 34 (77.27%) were from rural areas. Additionally, of the sampled schools, 195 teachers (32.014%) were from urban areas, and 414 teachers (67.98%) were from rural areas. The collected data were arranged in tables and subjected to statistical analysis through the computation of means, skewness values, and standard deviations (SD). The means of the teachers' self-report measures on the subscales of competence and meaningfulness are higher than the principals' responses about instructors. The study discovered that there was aberrant behaviour in schools and offered workable suggestions for reform. It was suggested that principals be given the power to enforce rules
