Abstract

Mukhtar Zafar's writings reflect his critical insight. Be it his articles, book reviews, essays, or columns, he has presented a critical vision and has examined a book, personality, or work of art from all possible perspectives.While analyzing any work of art, the creator of the work of art and the various standards of art must have come under discussion before him. He has examined and tested this work of art from historical, social and literary references. Thus, we can rightly say that a strong aspect of his personality is his unique personality. Multan and the historical and cultural tradition of Multan have always been included in Mukhtar Zafar's books.Keeping in mind the work of local poets, novelists, and historians, he wrote columns, articles, and commentaries that are different and unique in their style and thought structure.
