Abstract

In the dynamic and constantly changing modern business environment of the current era, organizational resilience has become a critical factor in guaranteeing continued long-term success. This research deftly examines the complex relationship between strong organizational resilience and effective leadership and offers a brief yet comprehensive literature review summarizing the current level of knowledge regarding this increasingly dependent association. Additionally, the story will broaden its scope to include prospective directions and useful guidelines for future research, illuminating areas for further investigation. After thorough examination of existing literature it is concluded that organizational leadership executes a critical role in developing an organizational resilience. It becomes clear that leaders who deliberately place a high value on components like transparent communication, easy teamwork, and a proactive attitude towards learning from mistakes are essential in forming an organizational culture. In conclusion, it becomes clear from the careful synthesis of the body of existing knowledge and the perceptive identification of promising directions for future research that this work will be useful for informing a wide range of readers, from academics and practitioners to leaders, who are tasked with navigating the complex issues involved in creating and maintaining organizational resilience. This article intends to serve as a beacon in the constantly shifting business landscape, summarizing the current state of knowledge while also pointing to uncharted territory and assisting stakeholders in developing a more nuanced understanding of the dynamics that support organizational adaptability and resilient leadership.
