The article examines the impact of supervisor Narcissism on Time theft amongindustrial sector employees in KPK, Pakistan. Besides, it also aims to analyzethemoderating effect of Self-reliance on narcissism and time theft. The data on timelagwas gathered from seventy-one supervisor-employee pairs fromindustrial businesses in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The information was gathered throughsurveys. The SPSS 26.0 statistical package and the Hayes PROCESS MACRO for moderation analysis were used to examine the data. Time theft is positivelyassociated with narcissism, according to the study's empirical findings. There was amoderating effect of narcissism and time theft on self-reliance, according tothestudy. The data was collected from 314 participants. Worker participationis restricted to industrial enterprises based in the KPK (Province) of Pakistan. Secondly, as the data for all three variables were gathered from respondents simultaneously, it is assumed that the common technique bias will impact and exaggeratethecorrelations between the study variables. This article lays forth a framework thatexecutives and managers may use to assess the impact of leadership styles andcompany culture on employee time theft. This research could be useful for managers in industrial organizations interested in creating a safe environment free of timetheft by instituting narcissistic leadership practices. Little is known about the connection between narcissism, time stealing, andindependence, but this study contributes to that information. This paper's findings might assist researchers, OD specialists, and organization scientists in Pakistanincreating a collaborative culture and using narcissistic leadership to match values withgoals. Special statistical methods have been employed for moderation analysis.
